The National Campaign to Stop Red Light Running and Stop on Red
Orange County are teaming up with the World Champion Anaheim Angels
for Stop on Red Night at Edison Field to highlight National Stop
on Red Week and to urge Californians to Stop on Red.
- Free Posters! — Fans will be urged to pick
up a Stop on Red Week poster featuring Jeff DaVanon before taking
their seats.
- Pre-Game Ceremony —The National Campaign
to Stop Red Light Running and Stop on Red Orange County will honor
the Anaheim Angels for their red light running prevention efforts.
- Red light running safety messages on the scoreboard
and Get Home Safe poster on the Jumbo-TRON
- Billboards — “Get Home Safe”
billboards will be placed at five different locations in the Los
Angeles/Anaheim area for a month-long period around National Stop
on Red Week (August 30-September 5), courtesy of the Outdoor Advertising
Association of America.
